Here are some of the upcoming resto changes, as reported by MMO.  
Restoration – Gift of the Earthmother now increases your total spell haste by 2/4/6/8/10%
Glyphs -Glyph of Rapid Rejuvenation – Your haste now reduces the time between the periodic healing ticks of your Rejuvenation spell.

Well according to MMO Champion these will be our new set bonuses with the tier 10:
Item – Druid T10 Restoration 2P Bonus - The healing granted by your Wild Growth spell reduces 0% less over time.

Changes to Profession Benefits
