Well, tonight we did the Full House achievement in our 10 man.  Basically… what we did was burn down Lady Deathwhisper’s shield to about 5%.  This allows us to quickly get into phase 2 once we have the desired adds.  Then we sorted though the adds, killing the duplicates, and keeping the unique ones.  Once we had all five, we burned off the shield.  When you enter phase two the adds are locked in, so just kill, kill, interrupt, kill Deathwhisper.  Our particular group did it with two tanks and three healers.  

Your group setup may be different, but in ours there are no other druids, no mages, and no resto shaman… so I am the only person who can remove curses.  This can get messy at times.  The one thing I can say from experience, that I know will sound obvious but it’s easy to slip up on, is always take your curse off first.  If you go to remove someone else’s and you get cursed in the meantime… you lock out the ability to remove curses… bad stuff!!  Other than that, it was just like any other 10 man healing.  Hot the raid, spam the tanks.  Occasionally spam some random sucker who got an add on them.  And hope (or pray?) your group can handle interrupts  

I know it doesn’t sound very insightful, but honestly, a lot of it was RNG.  The luck of getting the right mobs to spawn, and transform into the next correct mob… and then the luck of not having one of those transform while we burned the last 5% on the shield.
